How do I create message templates?

If you're an owner/admin and want to create a message template for one of your phone numbers, head to Settings, tap on Manage workspace, click on Phone numbers (and select the number you want to create the template for) and then tap on Templates.

Just so you know, message templates are unique to the Chalkboard number they are saved on, so if you want to reuse the template on another number, you'll need to copy and paste the template.

Templates are a Pro feature, if you're on the Standard plan you'll need to upgrade to get access.
