I'm not receiving incoming calls

Firstly, its worth checking your working hours to make sure that any calls you're expecting to receive are within the hours you've set - if its outside of the set hours, all calls will be silenced and you'll see a missed call notification next time you open the app.

If it's within your working hours, check that you have an internet connection, often if a call is coming in and your connection has dropped, we won't be able to route the call through to you and it will show as a missed call.
