What happens if someone leaves my team?

If a user is leaving the business, or you need to remove them from Chalkboard for other reasons, you can suspend or delete the user as required.

If you delete them, they will be removed from any phone numbers they had access to and will be instantly logged out of the app - If they had their own phone number, you can reassign it to another user, or delete it as required.

If you chose to suspend them, access is revoked to the app and they won't receive messages/calls unless you reinstate their access.
